The Varsity Baseball team finished up a 3-game weekend sweep of Waterford Mott by posting two shutout victories on Saturday.
Game 2 (Saturday) LHS 14 Mott 0
Case Jaworski had the win on the mound. Patrick McDonald was 2 - 4 with 2 RBI, Drake Schultz was 2 - 3 with 3 RBI , Matthew Hanson was 1 - 2 with 3 RBI and Sam Falzon was 2 for 3.
Game 3 (Saturday) LHS 13 Mott 0
Michael Hudspeth recorded the win on the mound throwing four scoreless innings. Patrick McDonald was 3 for 3 with 3 RBI, Nole Kalin was 2 for 3 with 3 RBI while Tate Farquhar, Kevin Krill and Austin Conley each had two hits.
The wins move the Eagles record to 18 - 2 overall and 15 - 0 in the LVC. They next take the field Wednesday in a doubleheader at Walled Lake Northern.
