Tuesday, the Boys Varsity Baseball team took the double-headers sweep over Waterford Kettering, winning Game 1 12 - 2 and then taking the nightcap 3 - 1.
Game 1 featured a complete game on the mound by Case Jaworski striking out 8 in 5 innings. Drake Schultz was 2 -3 with an RBI, Patrick McDonald was 1 - 2 with an RBI while Sam Falzon, Gavin Meehan and Tate Farquhar each had a hit and a RBI.
Game 2 saw Trent Farquhar getting the win on the mound striking out 7 in a complete game effort, he was also 2 -4 a the plate with 2 runs scored. Patrick McDonald stayed hot going 2 -2 with an RBI while Nole Kalin and Grant Burns each added hits.
The wins move the Eagles to 8 - 0 in LVC play and 10 - 2 overall. they will look to complete the series sweep over Kettering today as they play at Eagle Park, first pitch 4:00PM.
