Monday, the Boys Varsity Baseball team dropped a tough one, losing to a very talented Detroit Country Day team by a score of 7 - 5.
Tate Farquhar was 2 - 4 with BB, RBI and 2 runs scored. Trent Farquhar was 1 - 2 with BB, double and a RBI. Patrick McDonald was 1 - 3 with 2 RBI and Anthony Rossi and Nole Kalin each chipped in hits.
The loss moves the Eagles to 8 - 2 overall and 6 - 0 in LVC play. Lakeland gets back to LVC action today in a doubleheader vs. Waterford Kettering at Oakland University.
