Boys Junior Varsity Basketball falls to Walled Lake Western, 29-26

Wednesday, the Boys JV Basketball tried to overcome a slow start but fell a basket short against Walled Lake Western, losing 29-26.

Down early 11-3, the Eagles chipped away throughout the game, narrowing the score to 23-21 late in the 4th quarter. But a scoring run by the Warriors increased the lead to 29-21. A last-minute rally made for an exciting finish. The team was led offensively by Own Mladenoff (12 pts.) and Caden Calhoun (8 pts.)

The JV returns to game action on Friday against South Lyon East.
