Tuesday, January 28th, the Girls Snowboard Cross team had individual bracket races in which 20 athletes competed in elimination-style heats.
The Eagles were soaring on this night. Kate Hanneman, Carly Anderson, and Bella Wakefield made it through all three preliminary heats (had to finish 1st or 2nd to advance), reaching the final heat of four riders. In that final race, Kate took 1st, Carly took 2nd, and Bella finished 4th.
