Tuesday, the Girls Ski team raced in the LVC Championships at Alpine Valley tonight on a beautiful day with cold temps and great race conditions!!! Seven teams took to the slopes for the Conference title and Lakeland skied well finishing in 3rd overall.

The Lady Eagles skied well with Senior Captain Brooke White dominating the night taking the Gold in both slalom and GS and becoming the 2021 Conference Champion for both disciplines. Right behind her were sophomore Molly Lynch with a 6th in GS, sophomore Mahana Gallmeyer finishing 11th in SL and 15th in GS, freshman Jessica Jamieson was 18th in GS and junior Chloe Saleeby was 25th in slalom.

The team gets the day off Wednesday and comes back Thursday for the all day Region 3 Championship and State qualifying race. The top 3 teams and top 10 individuals at the Regional will qualify to race at the D1 State Final at Nub's Nob on Feb 22.
