The Lakeland Varsity Boys Ski Team had another successful week of racing at Alpine Valley skiing the slalom race Tuesday and GS on Wednesday. The results of these two nights are combined for final scores in each week's match-ups. This week, the team was taking on Walled Lake Northern and Novi.

The boys had a little tougher time this week with consistency and took a loss against Northern and a win against Novi. Final scores were LHS 42 WLN 32 and LHS 30 Novi 43. Top boy racers for this week were senior Shane Herning (10th in slalom and 15 GS), senior Zach Massey (17th GS), senior Brenden Ploucha (22nd in slalom), junior Jack Percy (23rd slalom), and Junior Tyson Lovejoy (25th slalom).

The boys record is now 4 wins and 1 loss in the Alpine Valley Division.
