The Eagles opened the season last Wednesday with a double header at South Lyon East. The Eagles lost the first game 10-9 on a last inning rally by South Lyon. Kaylee Philipon went 7 innings for the Eagles. She struck out 10. Ashlyn Dostal had two hits, while Philipon and Leah Kidder each added a hit.

The Eagles took the second game 15-9. Emily Bowron got the win, striking out 2. The Eagles bats came alive collecting 9 hits. Ashlyn Dostal, Bella Shaw and Leah Kidder each had two hits, Kaylee Philipon added a double. Ella Hufnagel and Jacklyn Higgins each had a hit.
