Thursday, April 13th, the Huron Valley United Girls Varsity Lacrosse team defeated Ann Arbor Pioneer, 17-7.

Senior defender Alex Petrusha played a huge role in the success of the backline before transitioning to midfield for the second half.  Offensively, senior Emily Prell led the way with 7 goals while Macy Jenkins and Chloe Caldwell each posted 3. Adding to the scoreboard were Morgan Leslie (2) Casey Meadows (1) and Alex Petrusha (1).  Prell’s seven goals earn her an entry into the MHSAA State Record Book while Chloe Caldwell earned her first entry with 5 assists.
