GRAND BLANC COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL: 4
This past Friday, the Huron Valley United Girls Varsity Lacrosse team defeated Grand Blanc, 13-4.
Goals were scored by Amanda Thiele, Natalie Busen, Veronica Ricci, Eve Corriveau, Claire Getzen and Sydney Pattinson.
On Saturday, the Varsity played at Clarkston in their Hope for Cancer Fundraiser. It was a hard play game but the Huron Valley United Titans lost 15 to 10. Goals were scored by Brianna Backy, Natalie Busen, Claire Getzen, Amanda Thiele,and Veronica Ricci.
Great defense was provided by Sydney Pattinson, Cece Mason, Mackizie Moss and Jordyn Sienkiewicz. Both Olivia Racine and Madeline Hare contributed with great play in the goal.
Our next Home game is this Wednesday. We invite everyone to come out and support the Titans for Senior Night against Walled Lake Northern.
