Thursday, April 17th, the Girls Varsity Tennis team took home its first win of the season, defeating Walled Lake Western by a 6-3 score.  Court 1 Singles Bre Azzopardi and Court 2 Singles Clara Broka were able to win their matches in straight sets.  Court 4 singles Stephanie Frendenberg fought back after losing her first set to win the next two sets.  Court 1 Doubles Team Dani Pop and Madeleine Bergmoser and Court 2 Doubles Team Addison Bellanca and Leanna Yen were also able to secure wins at their courts.  Court 3 Doubles Team of Kanon Oshio and Kylie Yen won in a third set tiebreaker, securing the overall win for the team.
