Time to start sharing some Spring Sports results. First up, the Girls Varsity Tennis team.

Girls Varsity Tennis won their first match of the season in a very windy opening match. Lakeland defeated Hartland by a score of 6-3 with #1 singles Mireia Garrigo and #3 singles Mariona Jose Escofet winning in straight sets. Court 1 doubles Sunny Bikki and Ava Assante, court 2 doubles Dani Pop and Bre Azzopardi, court 3 doubles Gabbi Putrus and Hannah Isser also won in straight sets. Gabi Dziedzic and Alexis Petty played the longest match of the night playing 3 tie breakers, they lost in the third set but battled til the end. Overall, it was a great first match for Lakeland Tennis!
