The Eagles drew 5 walks but it wasn't enough, losing 3-0. Haley Stein went 5 innings, giving up 5 hits, walking 2, and striking out 1. Kellie Mueller came on in relief, pitching the final inning and striking out 3.
In the nightcap, the Eagles got a strong pitching performance from Mueller. She went the distance, giving up 3 hits and striking out 10. The Eagles saw the Country Day's pitcher for the second time and the bats came alive. The Eagles put up 4 in the first and 4 in the sixth on the way to a 10-0 win. Parker Ostach had a home run and triple, driving in 2. Nathalie Hagle added a 3-run home run. Ambler went 2 for 3 with 2 doubles and Mueller had 2 RBIs.
