Tuesday, the Girls Varsity Softball team competed in two close games against Waterford Kettering, winning the first game 5-4, but falling in extra innings in the second game 9-8.
In the first game, freshman Summer Ambler earned the victory on the mound.
In the second game, junior Marin Ponitz hit a solo home run.
