On Wednesday, March 19th, the Girls Varsity Soccer team kicked off their season with an away match against North Farmington. The Eagles made some key defensive plays in the first half, but North Farmington broke through to take the lead. North Farmington was able to score again in the second half. Cailyn Milewski scored Lakeland’s lone goal with 10 seconds left in the match bringing the final score to 2-1 in favor of North Farmington.
