Thursday, the Girls Varsity Soccer team played a strong game against a strong opponent, a game against South Lyon which ended in a 2-2 tie. It was the second time this season that the Eagles played the Lions to a draw.
Lakeland's offense was led by goals from junior Clare Bridgewater and sophomore Mariah Shaver; assists went to Shaver and senior Nicole Magretta.
