The Varsity Hockey team was knocked off of its five game win streak perch by a quick hitting South Lyon Unified squad on Tuesday night.  Overall Lakeland outshot the Unified but only cashed in twice.  SLU was not impressed with the shot tally and dropped in seven of their own in response. 

Lakeland's first goal was credited to Robbie Lewis when he tipped an ice level Dylan Huebner point shot.   The other tally of the night was a nifty Fisher Christian pass to Spencer Pickett for a backdoor strike.   After creeping back within three it was all Unified for the remainder of the game.  7-2 final score.

Lakeland next heads to Chelsea for two showcase games on Thursday and Friday.
