Last Friday night, the Varsity Hockey Team matched up against the Fenton/Linden Griffins, winning 8-2. Coming back from a 2-1 deficit after the 1st period, the Eagles turned up the effort depositing 5 goals in the second and 2 more in the 3rd. Lakeland’s seniors lead the effort with Alex Libby and Ryan Ramboer both getting hat tricks and Ben Getzen chipping in 2 goals as well. Senior goalie Carter MacEwen got the win in net.

Next up two home games: The Howell Highlanders on Wednesday night @ 7:20 pm and Saturday night against Walled Lake Western @ 8:00 pm, both at Lakeland Arena.
