Last week, the Varsity Baseball had a critical 3-game series with LVC opponent South Lyon, a series that pitted the two top teams in the conference against each other.  The Eagles took the first two games by identical 2-1 scores, and both victories came in the Eagles final at-bat of the game.

In the first game at South Lyon, Brooks Scheck knocked in the go-ahead run in the top of the 7th inning,  Jack Miller earned his 6th win of the season on the mound.

In the second game, Ethan Rowley was solid through 7 innings on the mound, earning the win after Miller delivered a walk-off single in the bottom of the 7th inning.  Game three went to South Lyon, 6-1.
