Varsity Baseball splits doubleheader with Novi, defeating the Wildcats 7-1 in first game

This past Saturday, May 18th, the Varsity Baseball team traveled to Novi, the defending State Champions, for a double-header. The Eagles played solid in both games, splitting the DH.
GM 1 LHS 7 Novi 1
Noah Hogle earned the win on the mound throwing 3 1/3 innings only surrendering one run. Brady Culpepper had the hold while Jack Miller earned the save in relief. Ethan Yen had two hits while both Blake Loisel and Sean Latham had 2 RBI.
GM 2 Novi 6 LHS 4
Ethan Yen, Bo Bishop, Cam Chinavare, Nate Sanko, Adam Trzcinski, Brady Culpepper and Jack Miller all had hits for the Eagles.
The games moved the Eagles record to 20 - 9 overall and 16 - 4 in the LVC. They next play Tuesday at Waterford Mott in a LVC doubleheader beginning at 4pm.
