Last weekend, the Varsity Baseball team continued to reach its goal of improving by 1% every day, this time doing so by competing against state-ranked Detroit Edison. The Eagles came away with a split of the doubleheader.

Brandon Lengers and Jack Miller combined for the shut out on the mound with Lengers striking out 10. Connor Demko was 2 -3 w/ RBI and Joey Swartz was 1 -2 , BB and RBI.

Ethan Yen, Trey Rowley and Connor Demko all had hits.

Saturday's results moved the Eagles record to 9 - 3 overall and 5 - 0 in LVC play. They are also now ranked in the state by the MHSBCA.
