Monday, the Varsity Baseball team hosted Canton in a non-league contest and came out on top by a score of 12 - 2 in the mercy-shortened contest.

Dom Slone earned the victory on the mound. Andrew Platt and Matthew Hanneman paced the Eagles offense with Platt turning in a 3 for 4 performance and Hanneman going 2 for 3 including a two run home run, the first of his varsity career. Tate Farquhar, Kevin Krill, Gavin Meehan and Nolan Hull also contributed with hits while Caden Duryea also chipped in two RBI.

The win moves the Eagles record to 13 -1 overall and 8 - 0 in the LVC. They next take the field at Walled Lake Western for a doubleheader on May 5th.
