Saturday, October 5th, the Girls Freshman Volleyball team won the Avondale Yellow Jacket Invitational. They were first in their pool going undefeated against Oakland Christian, Livonia Churchill, and Grand Blanc. They beat South Lyon in the semifinals winning the match in 2 sets. They then beat Livonia Stevenson in the championship match losing the first set but beat them in the 2nd and 3rd sets.
