Lakeland's Freshman Volleyball team had a strong yet heart-wrenching end to conference play last night. Going into the game 7-0 in the conference, they knew they were going to have the fight of their lives against South Lyon East, their biggest rivals of the season. After a hard-fought first set of 26-24, they fell 24-26 in the second and 21-25 in the third. They played with heart and flew with the spirit of a true Eagle throughout, and we are proud of all of their success!

They end their season next Thursday with a single match against Rochester Adams.
