Huron Valley United Girls Varsity Gymnastics finishes 2nd at LVC meet

The Huron Valley United Gymnastics team hosted the LVC Conference meet on Saturday at Bounce Gymnastics. The team came in 2nd to LFLF who won the conference championship.
144.325-144.075. HVU posted their highest team score of the season which is a big boost going into the Regional meet in 2 weeks.
Individually HVU took home the D1 and D2 all-around winners.
In the Division 1 category, junior Stella Musialowski came in 1st all-around, 37.75 with 14th on floor-9.175.st on vault, bars and beam. 9.5, 9.15 and 9.725 and 2nd on floor with a 9.375. Tatum Langley also placed 3rd on floor in D1.
In D2 we had many medals. Milford sophomore Lexi Hincka placed 1st all-around with a 35.625. 1st on vault-9.45, 2nd on bars- 8.375, 7th on beam- 8.575 and 3rd on floor- 9.225. Lakeland senior Mckenna Herman placed 4th in the All-Around with a 35.1. She placed 1st on bars-8.5, 1st on beam-9.35 and 9th on floor- 8.725. Milford senior Kaitlynn Elkins placed 6th in all-around with a 33.625, 8th on vault 8.45, 4th on bars-8.075, 9th on beam 8.3 and 7th on floor-8.8. MIlford senior Sophia Stankov tied for 2nd on vault with Lakeland junior Haylee Smith- 9,0 and placed 7th on beam-8.5 and 4th on floor-9.175. Lakeland sophomore Gabby Marino placed 5th on vault-8.75, 7th on bars-7.775 and 8th on beam 8.35. Lakeland stand out freshman Alayna LInce placed 3rd on bars- 8.2, 6th on beam 8.7 and 8th on floor-8.775.
The team is looking good as they head into the regional meet in a couple of weeks in Birmingham!
