Sunday, February 9th, the Huron Valley United Gymnastics team closed out their regular season and Senior Night with a bang, posting their highest team score of the year,142.35, to defeat Vassar.  

 

The meet celebrated our three seniors this year: Lakeland's Mckenna Herman and Milford's Sophia Stankov and Kaitlynn Elkins. 

 

Floor was the best event for all the seniors with everyone posting a personal best:  Mckenna 8.975,.Sophia 8.9, and Kaitlynn a 9.05.  Milford junior Stella Musialowski had an outstanding day on vault and beam and posted her personal best bar score of 9.625.  Milford sophomore Lexi Hincka had a great day as well and personal best on floor with a 9.125.  Lakeland freshman Alayna Lince had a great day and also had a personal best on floor and highest for the team with a 9.3.

 

The LVC conference meet is next weekend followed by the regional meet after that.
