Saturday, the Huron Valley United Gymnastics had an amazing day at their Regional Competition, placing 2nd and advancing to the State Finals next weekend in Rockford. 

Individually we have 4 gymnasts moving on.  Lakeland sophomore, Nicole Graham will compete in the all-around.  She placed 7th on bars and floor, 3rd on vault, 1st on beam, and 2nd in the all around.  IA freshman, Maeve Spicer placed 7th on beam, 6th on floor, 5th on bars and 4th all-around, thereby also qualifying to compete in the all-around.  Lakeland senior Erin Murphy and Milford sophomore Laura Nowicki will both compete in the floor.  Erin placed 2nd and Laura finished 6th.

The team finals will be held this Friday at Rockford; the individual finals will take place on Saturday.
