Thursday, September 19th, the Girls Varsity Volleyball team earned a hard-fought victory over Milford, beating the Mavericks, 3-1.
After losing the first set 25-27, the Eagles won the next three sets all by 2-point margins: 26-24, 25-23, and 25-23. Payton Nelson led the offense with 20 kills, closely followed by Ella Aberlich with 19 kills, while Kenzie McCombs contributed 34 assists. On defense, Kylie Kennedy and Reagan Thompson made key plays to help seal the win.
