Ten days ago, the Girls Volleyball program traveled to Milford for a LVC match-up. The Varsity team won in 3 games, as did the JV team. The FR team lost 3 games.
At the Varsity level, Lakeland was dominant, sweeping the Mavericks in 3 games. The scores for the match: 25-11, 25-14, 25-17.
The JV team rolled in its first two games, winning 25-8 and 25-9. They completed the sweep by edging out Milford 26-24.
The FR team lost 13-25 and 11-25, then battled to the cap in the 3rd game, losing 26-27.
