Girls Varsity Golf places 2nd at Oakland County D2 tournament; Eagles post score of 345, Claire Linen shoots 81

On Friday, September 13th, the Girls Varsity Golf team competed at the D2 County Tournament hosted by The Links at Crystal Lake. In the 19-team field, the Eagles placed 2nd with a team score of 345, earning an exemption into the D1 County tournament next year.
The team was led by junior Claire Linen whose score of 81 earned her a 5th place finish and an invite to compete as an individual at this year's D1 County Championship. Junior Anna Linen also earned a medal for her 13th place finish with a score of 84. Senior Keira Snody finished in the top 20 with her 86. Rounding out scoring for the Eagles were sophomore Cailyn Milewski with 94 and junior Aubrin Miller with 102.
