Thursday, the Girls Varsity Golf team defeated Waterford Kettering, 192-226.
Senior Malina Gallmeyer and sophomore Sophia Shaw shared Medalist honors for the match, each shooting 46 for the 9-hole event. Senior Morgan Jantz posted a 47, and freshman Ashlyn Dostal, competing in her first varsity dual match, posted a 53 to round out the scoring for the Eagles.
Freshman Bryn Dubin (56) and junior Bella Shaw (57) also competed for Lakeland.
The team improved its LVC record to 3-1 for the season.
