Girls Varsity Cross Country has several runners post new PRs in Post-a-PR Invite

Wednesday, October 30th, the Girls Cross Country team had a slew of runners compete in the Post-a-PR Invite, an end-of-the-season race that allows runners to go after a new personal best time.
Freshman Gracie Grzymkowski led the Eagles with, you guessed it, a new PR of 21:25.5, good enough for a 5th place finish. Senior Madeline Augustyn finished 8th with a season's best of 21:50.8. Sophomore Breslin Scott was right behind Madeline with a 21:52.3.
Other runners who posted new PRs include Gwen Mazzarra and Leah Voss, while Natalie Joiner posted a new SR (season's best).
Up next for the Cross Country team -- the MHSAA State Meet this Saturday afternoon at Michigan International Speedway.
