Girls Varsity Cross Country finishes 2nd in hotly-contested LVC Post-Season Meet; 3 Eagles earn All-Conference Honors

After finishing the regular season as LVC Conference Champions (8-0 in dual meets), the Girls Cross Country team competed in the LVC Championship Meet on Thursday.
In a very tight Varsity race among the top three teams, Lakeland came in 2nd place. Three Lakeland runners were All-Conference: Ava Alicandro (2nd), Maya Pletzer (7th), and Alena Tiernan (10th).
