Last Tuesday, the Girls XC team completed an undefeated (8-0) Lakes Valley Conference regular season championship with wins over Milford (25-30) and Waterford Mott (15-49).

In dual meets, the whole team runs and the top seven finishers (Varsity) for a team are scored. If a JV race were hypothetically scored for the runners beyond Varsity, Lakeland would have swept the top 6 JV spots against Milford and Mott.
The whole team has had a great season.
