LVC CHAMPS!!
The Girls Varsity Basketball team traveled to Walled Lake Northern on Thursday night and came home with a huge win, 36-18. With the win, the Eagles clinched a share of the LVC league championship for the first time in program history!
32 minutes of outstanding effort and focus on the defensive end led the way as the Eagles outscored the Knights 25-12 in the second half. Leading the way was senior Parker Ostach with 14 points. Senior Skylar Halbrook had 10 points. Senior Molly Marino had 5 points and senior Maddie Borders chipped in 3 points.
The Eagles finish the regular season with a record of 18-4 (14-2 LVC champs). We now shift our focus to next week as we play Wednesday night to open up MHSAA District play. Go Eagles!
