Wednesday, the Girls Varsity Basketball team lost a tough home match-up with South Lyon East, 44-40.  

Parker Ostach scored 11 points for the Eagles, while fellow senior Molly Marino added 9 points, including a late 3-pointer that gave Lakeland an outside chance for a comeback.  Brynn Taliercio and Aubrin Miller contributed 5 points each.

On Friday, the Eagles will be hosting Walled Lake Central as part of the Girls/Boys Basketball Showcase.  In addition, the program will be honoring its four seniors at the conclusion of its game:  Maddie Borders, Skylar Halbrook, Molly Marino, and Parker Ostach.
