Girls Varsity Basketball makes it 4 wins in a row with a solid 40-35 victory over Brighton

On Tuesday night, the Girls Varsity Basketball team welcomed the Bulldogs of Brighton for their last basketball game before winter break. The Eagles pulled out a 40-35 win over the Bulldogs.
It was a physical and tough game throughout but the Eagles hit their stride in the 3rd quarter as they led 32-23 going into the 4th. Some timely buckets and free-throws allowed the Eagles to hold off the Bulldogs in the end. Sophomore Aubrin Miller led the way with 11 points. Senior Parker Ostach and sophomore Peyton Baer had 7 points each. Senior Molly Marino added 6 points in the victory.
The win pulls the Eagles to 4-1 (2-0 LVC) on the young season. The Eagles are back in action on January 3rd, 2024 when they host Pinckney. Go Eagles!
