Tuesday, the Girls Varsity Basketball team opened their season on the road at Northville. The Eagles fought hard throughout the game but came away with an opening night loss to the Mustangs, 48-35. The Eagles made several runs to get back into the game but couldn’t get key stops on the defensive end when needed. The Eagles were led by senior Parker Ostach with 13 points. Sophomores Aubrin Miller and Peyton Baer scored 7 points each. Senior Molly Marino chipped in 4 points in the loss on the road.
The Eagles are back in action tonight (Friday) at 5:30pm at Walled Lake Central as they open up the LVC portion of their schedule. Go Eagles!
