Friday, the Girls Varsity Basketball team defeated Milford, 40-28, improving its season record to 11-4 (10-2 LVC).
A blistering start gave the Eagles a quick 18-6 after the 1st quarter, including 4 triples. Down the stretch in the 4th quarter, the Eagles made some clutch free throws to put the game away. Leading the way was Summer Ambler with 17 points. Molly Libby had 11 points and Grace Goodnough had 6 points.
This Tuesday, the Eagles will host Walled Lake Northern.
