Tuesday, the Girls Varsity Basketball team defeated St. Catherine in its home opener, 54-49. It was a highly entertaining game with multiple lead changes in the 4th quarter and 14 combined 3-point baskets.
Seniors Summer Ambler & Molly Libby each had 12 points to lead the way. Grace Goodnough had 8 points, Parker Ostach had 7 points, Molly Marino with 6 points, and Ashlyn Dostal had 4 points.
Varsity moves to 1-1 on the year. Next, the varsity team will host Clarkston on Saturday night.
