Saturday, the Girls Varsity Basketball team played a matinee game at Holly, defeating the Bronchos, 41-29, the third consecutive win for the Eagles.

The Eagles had a fantastic defensive effort as a team on a day where they struggled at times to execute on offense. Junior Molly Libby led the way with 18 points. Junior Summer Ambler had 8 points and senior Jenna Baer had 7 points. The win moves Lakeland's record to 4-3 (3-1 LVC). 

Lakeland will host South Lyon East this Tuesday.
