This past Tuesday, the Boys Freshman Basketball team earned its first win of the season with a convincing 43-8 victory over Waterford Mott.
Ten different Eagles scored in the game led by Zach Nelson (8 pts), Aidan Jankowski (7 pts), and Colton Fruytier (6 pts).
A strong defensive effort by Lakeland helped the Eagles build a 26-0 halftime lead, providing for a stress-free second half.
The team gets back into action on Friday with a game at Walled Lake Central.
