Thursday, September 12th, the JV Football Eagles beat Waterford Kettering by a score of 36 - 12.
The defense led the way for the Eagles -- Drew Alvis had 8 tackles including two big 4th down sacks, Jacob Prater had 10 tackles, Sawyer Varner had 7 tackles, Aidan Saunders had two tackles for loss and Wyatt Bohn had two interceptions. On offense, the line had another impressive game as the Eagles racked up over 350 total yards of total offense. Jax Schneeman had two touchdowns and a 2 pt. conversion, Gavin Moore had 2 TD, Malakai Sherwood had a TD and a 2 pt. conversion and Leyton Olson had a TD with Reid Dial adding the 2pt. conversion to round out the scoring.
The win moves the JV Eagles record to 2 - 1 and they next play at Walled Lake Central on Thursday.
