Wednesday, August 28th, the JV Football team opened their season with a 24 - 20 loss at South Lyon East. Jax Schneeman totaled over 150 yards including 2 touchdowns. Ryan Brygelson threw a TD pass and Sawyer Varner scored a touchdown to round out the scoring. Defensively Jacob Prater and Drew Alvis lead the team in tackles and each had a tackle for loss. Malakai Sherwood led the way in the secondary with 8 tackles and three pass break ups. The season opening loss left the Eagle with a record of 0 - 1.
