Friday, the Boys JV Basketball showed some grit and resolve in its effort against Milford; unfortunately, the Eagles were unable to completely rally back, falling to the Mavericks, 52-45.
Twice during the game, Lakeland fell behind by nearly 20 points, and twice the Eagles fought back to within 7 points. Nathan Bronka led the team with 18 points and Hayden Cross added 9 points.
The team returns to action this Tuesday with a road game at South Lyon.
