Tuesday, the Boys JV Basketball team won a see-saw affair with Walled Lake Central, defeating the Vikings 37-35.
The Eagles went into halftime with a solid lead, but the Vikings came out in the 3rd quarter and took a 25-24 lead heading into the 4th quarter. Lakeland scored 3 quick baskets to open the final quarter, gaining a lead it would not give up the rest of the game.
Leading the scoring was sophomore Noah Tiernan with 10 and freshman Nsikan Usen with 8. The team travels to Waterford Kettering for a 5:30pm game this Friday.
