Monday night, the Boys Varsity Soccer team traveled to Milford for the classic in-district rivalry game. In a game that was highly contentious, neither team was able to score in the first half, setting up an even more competitive second half. Late in the second half, it was Lakeland that seized its moment, as Quinn Smith scored on a rebound shot to give the Eagles the 1-0 lead, a lead that would survive to the final horn.

Lakeland will host South Lyon East in a LVC playoff round match tonight.
