Tuesday, the Boys Varsity Soccer team played its first home game of the season, a huge LVC match-up versus Walled Lake Northern.  The Eagles scored early and often, held on in the second half, and won the game 3-2, improving to 5-0 for the season.

Lakeland jumped out to an early 1-0 lead on a goal from junior Kyle Scott, who recently became the all-time leader in goals scored for Lakeland.  Scott and Adam Guliana added another goal each, while Northern scored one goal in the first half, resulting in a 3-1 halftime lead for the Eagles.

Lakeland held off the Knights in the second half (although Northern did score once) to earn the victory.  The Eagles are currently 5-0 for the season.
