Boys Varsity Cross Country finishes 9th at MHSAA State Meet; Pierce Grzymkowski earns All-State honors

Our second update from the MHSAA Cross Country State Finals turns the spotlight on the Boys team. Fresh off its Regional Championship, the Boys Cross Country team finished 9th out of 28 teams at the final race of the season at M.I.S. on Saturday.
Pierce Grzymkowski capped his high school career by finishing 20th overall (17th among runners in the team competition) in a time of 15:32.9. Pierce earned All-State honors for his effort.
Following Pierce across the finish line were Ryan Ward, Noah Tiernan, Gavin Johns, Matthew Verellen, Ayden McDonald, and Jacob Kosidlo.
