Tuesday, the Boys Cross Country team concluded its regular season by convincingly beating Milford 20-35 and Waterford Mott 15-50. Milford's Kyle O'Rouke got the individual win, but Lakeland packed in places 2-6 to take the win. Leading the way for the Eagles was Pierce Grzymkowski, Ryan Ward, Noah Tiernan, Matthew Verellen, and Gavin Johns. Also, factoring into the scoring was Jacob Kosidlo and Ayden McDonald. This brings the team's record to 7-1 with the only loss being to Walled Lake Northern by 1 point!

The LVC tournament will be taking place next Thursday at Hess Hathaway on Williams Lake Road (west side of Waterford) starting with the girl's varsity race at 3:30. Come out and cheer on the cross country teams as they both strive for the conference meet titles.
